April 20, 2023 As a household investor I support s7-02-22 Supplemental Information and Reopening of Comment Period for Amendments to Exchange Act Rule 3b-16 Regarding the Definition of Exchange. Crypto is a disgrace to the financial industry, unregulated and totally controlled and manipulated by a handful of organisations to extract the wealth of the average investor. This regulation is a good first step towards fixing the completely broken market.
