I support the Amendments to Exchange Act Rule of 3b-16. I believe that all citizens of the United States and people doing business in the United States should have a transparent, level and fair playing field. I thank The Honorable Chairman Gary Gensler for the supplemental information. I believe these Amendments will further the goal of free and fair markets no matter the technology being used.
