As a household investor, I completely support this rule and believe that it would be both beneficial to the smaller traders while adding much needed structure to the Cryptocurrency world.
The Crypto market has gotten a bad name for itself despite having amazing functionality due to bad actors and a lack of regulation thus far.
The SEC has my full support regarding this proposal in it's entirety.
