As a household investor I fully support this rule. This will help our markets by shutting down avenues that are commonly used to skirt regulation. These are commonsense rules that any fair and operational market needs. We need to be better and stricter to end gross oversights of the market. As a household investor, citizen, and part of the US workforce I see this as a step in the right direction. Thank you, Stuart
