Dear Securities and Exchange Commission,

I am writing this letter to express my strong support for the proposed rulemaking, s7-02-22, which seeks to require public companies to disclose certain climate change-related risks and opportunities to investors.

Climate change is one of the greatest challenges facing our world today, and it poses significant risks to businesses and investors. As such, it is essential that investors have access to accurate and reliable information about the potential risks and opportunities that climate change presents to companies.

The proposed rulemaking would require public companies to disclose material information related to their exposure to climate change risks and opportunities. This would enable investors to make more informed decisions about their investments, and it would encourage companies to take more proactive steps to manage their climate risks.

Moreover, the proposed rulemaking is consistent with the growing consensus among investors, regulators, and other stakeholders that climate change is a significant financial risk that must be addressed. By requiring companies to disclose information about their climate-related risks and opportunities, the SEC can help to ensure that markets are functioning efficiently and that investors are protected.

In summary, I strongly support the SEC's proposed rulemaking, s7-02-22, and urge you to adopt it without delay. Thank you for your consideration.
