April 19, 2023 To Whom it May Concern, Fair retail markets are currently being corrupted by insiders and hedge funds. Payment for order flow PFOF, and lack of accountability for naked short selling in dark pools are destroying all fairness in regards to the retail investor. Everyone should play by the same rules in a capitalist society and open market. That is NOT currently happening. A market place based on trust through algorithmic settlement would be much better than letting the current system run its course. I believe an NFT marketplace would be more fair than our current system. A system in which all would be on the same plain and could participate in a transparent way. Retail traders are watching.
