April 19, 2023 As an international investor, I believe broad definitions (especially within the financial sector) lead to dishonest parties having an unfair advantage over retail traders. With the implementation of this rule, we will be on our way to a more stable and fair market. The SEC has a responsibility to protect the interest of the people. Not the 1%. And with the US markets tied with the rest of the world, that responsibility is also extended to everyone else. The SEC has a responsibility to care.
