April 18, 2023 Dear Sir/Madam, Could I take the opportunity to comment on this proposal. I feel very strongly that the suggested proposals should be enacted. Crypto intermediaries have been used to enable the tokenisation of traditional stocks (without the backing of any actual shares.) They have done this to prevent naked shorts, created by Market Makers, from becoming obvious as prolonged Failure To Delivers. Please consider my request to introduce the proposed rules. Thank you.
