I am a Canadian investor, I own U.S securities, and I support a fairer and more efficient market. These rules I fully support. It is essential that regulations are put forth on any and all crypto exchanges and defi exchanges. With the recent failure and bankruptcy of FTX, which very much highlights why regulation is necessary. It is clear that all exchanges must adhere to rules and regulations. Investors and customers of these exchanges should have the peace of mind that these rules would bring. "would be an exchange and would be required to register as a national securities exchange or comply with the conditions of Regulation ATS." All exchanges should be under said rules.
