April 17, 2023 I am in full support of Gary Gensler's efforts to reform markets, including S7-02-22 which will regulate crypto exchanges. It is clear with the fallout from the FTX collapse that crypto exchanges have been failing to deliver cryptocurrencies purchased by users. They should be properly regulated, and I support Gary Gensler's efforts in reforming markets, both in the crypto space and on our financial markets.
