Crypto securities don't get a free pass from our securities laws. It's as simple as that. No argument or excuse will change this reality. But just to drive it home.. these exchanges even went as far as tokenizing our tradfi securities markets. They wouldnt even stay in their own lane. FTX, Terra Luna, Mirror Protocol... They are all ripe with fraud, abuses, laundering, manipulation, crime. To make it worse, our tradfi institutions fund, build and participate in these markets to bypass our laws and regulatory bodies, which is a horrendous abuse of financial responsibilities and an insult to our fudical systems.
