Washington, D.C. 205499–1090 rule-comments@sec.gov Ms. Countryman: The use of crypto for false locates and the routing of “buy” transactions to dark pools facilitates vast corruption of the price discovery required for a free and fair market. Indeed, it appears that the entire U.S. stock market has been corrupted with rampant manipulation by hedge funds and the like to the point that the U.S. financial system in toto is now in peril, and may likely collapse.
