Hello, I support the proposed amendments to the definition of “exchange” under Exchange Act Rule 3b-16 as outlined in File No. S7-02-22. Existing rules must apply to platforms that trade crypto asset securities, including so-called “DeFi” systems. Where scrutiny and transparency end is too tempting of a breeding ground for manipulative/illicit/illegal trading. If crypto exchanges can tokenize stock then these exchanges need to be regulated according to the same rules that other exchanges must follow. Thank you, A concerned investor
