Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my strong support for the proposed amendments to Exchange Act Rule 3b-16, which aim to modernize the definition of "exchange" and enhance the regulatory framework for alternative trading systems. I believe that these proposed amendments are critical to promoting market transparency and efficiency, and to ensuring that investors are protected.
