First, I would like to address the elephant in the room. All countries have banned Payment for Order Flow, except for ours. China has banned market maker Citadel from trading for a reason. Citadel, as a market maker, failed the second that they committed fascist acts restricting trading on multiple platforms. Once Citadel restricted trading, they avoided Robinhood being margin called demanding Apex Clearing not to allow any transactions to be made on these stocks media calls meme stock. Ken Griffin of Citadel LLC and Steve Cohen of Point72 then injected $2.75 billion into Melvin Capital Management, a hedge fund that was heavily shorting these same stocks. This type of collusion is exactly why China, does not allow such behaviors involved with their country, it is the type of dictatorship only they desire to be in the power of with communism. These types of actions are the exact definition of market manipulation done by market maker Citadel.
Furthermore, I would like to take a moment to recognize Gary Gensler. In 1999 he witnessed first-hand the repeal of the Glass-Steagall Act, even made remarks to it praising a new level of competition in the market allowing growth. That act is why we are in this position, with inflation, market manipulation, reverse repo purchase agreement spikes, declining bonds, and overleveraged banks trading irresponsibly in tangents during a pandemic. The dark pools were created creating a black market of the stock market. However, Gary Gensler is still attempting to fix this mess he once praised, and I respect that. Since the Department of Justice has been involved, retail is aware of where the SEC sits with their opinion on potential white-collar crimes being committed considering all evidence has been handed to them and hedge funds are being investigated. I believe the most recent voting on market transparency has shown retail investors who are doing their job, and who does not. All four members of whom voted for market transparency acted in retail's favor, commissioner Hester Peirce did not. Retail sees you and can assure you this may have been dusted under the rug in the past generation, this generation, it will not. This generation does their research and after research we see your pockets being lined by the same hedge funds who are under the thumb of the Department of Justice. When enforcement needs to be taken in an unfair market, giving more time for commentary is an unlawful, unreasonable action as inflation rates spike. Commissioners need to watch her she is a notorious can kicker hence why she is in favor of hedge funds can-kicking Failed to Delivers.
