This will not be professional in execution and I apologize in advance.
To those it may concern I formally object to any changes to rules that may have an affect on the functionality of blockchain technology or their native ecosystems.
I believe with these rule change proposals that this body would be putting the \"cart before the horse\"
regarding the industry. I propose allowing congress to provide the framework and guidance which would provide the SEC solid foundation of actionable law. This as opposed to the cowboy justice this body seems to be utilizing currently towards this remarkable industry.
If not a hold on this entire body of rule changes then dropping of any language that would or could have bearing on current digital platforms or existing exchanges that operate in the digital.
