Please consider this rule proposal, we the retail investors have reason to believe that ATS activity creates a world of backdoor nefarious activities in the markets for years its clear to see. I shouldnt feel or wonder everytime i put my hard earned dollar behind an American company that i support, if my money will be used against me to drive the stock price down. There is data to show via Bloomberg terminal that ATS trade volumes are surpassing unusual numbers relative to their avg numbers. This needs to be stopped retail investors are being treated poorly in a supposedly free and fair market. I want generations to be comfortable investing in the companies they love and support. Please regulate this severely and swiftly or do away with this as soon as possible.
