Please do not pass such asinine legislation. This would stop things as simple as blockchain explorers in the US. It's already hard enough to use crypto in the US without a VPN due to the regulations that stop many cryptocurrency exchanges from operating within the US. Please do not make it even worse, and force even more US residents to use a VPN to access basic services. It is a disgrace to live in a country with such heavy-handed legislation.
