I've seen discussion that this could negatively affect crypto and Decentralized Finance. I would love to see DeFi flourish, so I urge caution in regulation that may harm that. If DeFi is to become accepted, it must be regulated.
Do not let big banks screw over DeFi. Big banks were the ones behind the 2008 global financial crisis, which nobody went to jail for.
