I hope at some point in the not-too-distant future the SEC comes to its senses and reinstates the uptick rule. I feel your blunder in removing that rule has turned the market into a casino favoring short sellers. Is there anyone at the SEC who understands their mission? They are guilty of extreme failure. I sent emails to you after Bear Stearns failed and warned that Lehman could be possibly next, in fact twice, and never heard back from anyone. |
