RE: SEC says U.S. companies taking advantage of new relaxed IPO rules
Europe's failing markets provide unheralded opportunities for existing listed companies on non us exchanges
to file with the SEC for a U.S. dual listings
Currently and if only a few slight changes were made to the S.E.C. Regulations
Half or more of the issues on the EU or foreign markets could be dual listed on US Exchanges over the next decade or week
If they thought they would find buyers in numbers to justify that migration financially, Ms White there could be a
veritable Exodus of securities out of the eu into the USA, see the reuters article below cited herein as Fair Use.
IPO DPO US Incorporation and filings for foreign companies listed on foreign exchanges need
to be categorized by nation and jurisdictional laws and regulations as to how to tweak your regs to
make our capital markets available to their failing markets thru DPO IPO or M&A Cofunding or other means and ways.
So as you make the rules, MAKE THEM
INVITING AND ENTICING TO THE OTHER JURISDICTIONS MARKETS ISSUERS
TO DUAL LIST IN THE AMOUNT OF TENS OF THOUSANDS OF ISSUES AND
CREATE A BOOM IN THE MARKETS I SUGGEST
Sincerely,
M A Stein
