I beleive that these need to be unplugged. Individual investors like me are being robbed of our IRA's by these machines. The market is controlled and minipulated by this activity. I have stocks that should be continually gaining, but when they gain a few dollars the computers do a big dump and take all the gains.The stock drop several dollars below the previous price, and the computers buy the stocks back,then let them ride. In the meantime individuals cannot respond for 5 days and we loose any gains and the stocks drop below our buy price. This is unfair to long term investors and the companys that we invest in. It is against the Law for me to do what they do, But the SEC has given them an exemption. Who is running the SEC? Stop talking ,take action and unplug these systems! YOU CAN RESTORE SANITY TO THE MARKET, OR LET THE MARKET KILL THE INDIVIDUAL INVESTORS.This country can recover, if the SEC actually does something about this!
