For the last three months or so TEVE.OB has traded for 0.14 or higher. Last Friday at 15:55 the market maker said that someone had sold 100 shares for 0.03. a drop of 80%. Those small investors who watched their money leave town are out of the market forever. America needs jobs. Small business supplies those jobs. The penny market supplies the money for small business. Don't even think about bringing in a stop gap without including the penny market.
