If I know what direction a stock is going to trade tomorrow, and I act on that, its called insider trading and it is illegal. If I am Goldman Sacks, and I know the direction of every stock trade milliseconds before the rest of the world, and I trade it, that's just business as usual.
You should all be in jail.
