Whether they should settle or not? Or should they just keep their positions unsettled?

I dont think that is the question in any of the investors mind if they "should settle".
The question is when will all of the failed to deliver positions be finnaly enforced and paid for.
Proof of settlements of failed to deliver position in Cmkx of which I am a shareholder of I will see only if I get paid for my shares on account of damages that occured in Cmkx company, via naked shorting by market participants.
Cmkx shareholders are waiting. Cmkx or Cmkm diamonds inc shareholders have been waiting for a long long time.
But we are still here.
