If this 'Temporary Exemptions for Eligible Credit Default Swaps to Facilitate Operation of Central Counterparties to Clear and Settle Credit Default Swaps' passes, will that help to pay for all the naked shorting derivatives abuse which went on for years...?

I am an investor that has shares in a company named CMKM Diamonds INC. (CMKX)
This company has been naked shorted into oblivion, with a naked share count of 6,3 TRILLION
What does the SEC do about that? #8211 Nothing so far, but 50,000 shareholders are waiting and keeping our eyes on what you are doing, you can be sure about that.

Again If the 'Temporary Exemptions for Eligible Credit Default Swaps to Facilitate Operation of Central Counterparties to Clear and Settle Credit Default Swaps' will help pay for all the naked shorted shares, (or is it FTD#8217s?) by all means please go ahead

Just remember the shareholders that have been hurt by your prior unwillingness to enforce the already existing laws will be watching your every move closely.
