March 28, 2023 I am a household investor with some growing concerns about the market and I believe this rule would negatively impact us. How is limiting what information on trades of public stock is being presented supposed to help us? Without basic information on who is trading what stocks and how, we can not see who is running for the hills and digging for gold. In this market we can have large players take up multiple sectors acting as funds and market makers. We cant allow them an avenue to conceal their large purchases that can have disastrous effects on the market. We need more rules limiting their ability to hide their trades and movements in the market. They are allowed to cloak the ways they make money, but retail is routed to dark pools. Please consider rules that restrict our corporate bloat in the market.
