 Dear SEC,

I am writing to express my strong support for the proposed rule regarding the Prohibition Against Conflicts of Interest in Certain Securitizations. As a household investor, I believe that this rule would significantly improve the transparency and fairness of securitization transactions, and protect investors like me from potential conflicts of interest.

The proposed rule would require disclosure of certain information regarding securitization transactions, including material conflicts of interest that could impact the performance of the securitized assets. This would enable me to make more informed investment decisions, and avoid investing in securitizations that may be subject to conflicts of interest.

Furthermore, the proposed rule would prohibit certain practices that could create conflicts of interest, such as hedging against securitized assets or structuring transactions in a way that prioritizes certain investors over others. These prohibitions would help to ensure that all investors are treated fairly and have an equal opportunity to benefit from the performance of the securitized assets.

Overall, I believe that the proposed rule would enhance the integrity and stability of the securitization market and improve investor confidence in these transactions. I fully support the SEC's efforts to prohibit conflicts of interest in certain securitizations, and urge the Commission to adopt this rule.

Thank you for considering my comments.

Sincerely,
Robert Graham Brunner
