March 26, 2023 This rule only seems to benefit large institutions that have likely engaged in conflictual trades either not in the best interest of their clients or directly against them. Increased exemptions such as this only gives large institutions more flexibility in mismanagement of asset backed securities ultimately allowing their investors to take the financial penalty of their mishandling.
