March 23, 2023 Almost everything in this proposal appears to have honest intentions of restricting harmful conflicts of interest. However, any and all \"exemptions\" are a clear slap in the face to everyone participating in these markets. All retail investors want free and fair markets and including special provisions or exemptions to rules will allow bad actors exploit other participants. No exemptions.
