I'm all for reducing conflicts of interest however I am against this proposal due to the exceptions section of the proposal particularly in regards to bona fide market making activities. \"Bona fide\" Market Makers abuse loopholes and exceptions more then is reasonable or good for the market already and I dare say they would find a way to abuse this to the detriment of others as well. There is absolutely no well meaning reason why those cited in the exceptions section would need said exceptions unless they were up to no good. They should be perfectly capable doing business without it. Don't give loopholes to people who don't need it. Thank you for your time I hope your day is plenty good enough, and please reform the proposal to exclude such exceptions.
