March 23, 2023 As an investor, this new rule does not seem to benefit me or other smaller investors like myself. I do not support any rules or legislation that benefits hedge funds, corporations, or other entities that already have significant advantages over smaller investors. I do not support this proposal thank you for hearing my concern.
