March 23, 2023 Regarding Proposed Rule: File No. S7-01-23 Release No. 33-11151 Prohibition Against Conflicts of Interest in Certain Securitizations: What's up with those exemptions? Correct me if I read that wrong, but you're saying conflicts of interest aren't an issue if you're a big enough player? I feel like \"market makers\" should be held to the same, if not a higher standard than other investors. The whole point is to put a check on corruption of people in power, and yet you write an exemption specifically for those with the most power. The very idea to even write such an exemption is either malicious or ignorant, but likely a homogenous mixture of both.
