I am against this rule.
The proposed rule to prohibit conflicts of interest in certain securitization transactions is a step in the right direction to protect investors. However, the added exceptions in the rule may create loopholes that some parties could exploit, potentially undermining the effectiveness of the rule. Therefore, a revised version of the rule may be necessary to ensure that all parties involved in securitization transactions are held accountable and that investors' interests are adequately protected.
