March 23, 2023 As a household investor I disagree with the exemptions set forth in this proposal. Creating more loopholes for those who manipulate our markets is contradictory to the mission of the SEC. If market makers are exempt from the rules, expect them to exploit the rules. Furthermore, it would be great if we could enforce some of the rules that are currently on the books, and with penalties that outweigh the potential gains from wrongdoing. For too long the consequences have been few and far between, and even then amount to \"the cost of doing business\".
