To whom it concerns at the SEC: Please, do not allow any exemptions to this proposal. If the exemptions are allowed, that will mean that the SEC will continue to enable the continued destruction of the world financial markets. Hedge fund managers and owners, market makers and short sellers have proven that they can not be self regulated, trusted or allowed to continue the manipulation of the markets. Retail investors are counting on honest, moral people, that work in the SEC, to make significant changes to rules and laws that govern our markets. Furthermore, we count on the SEC to go to the extent of criminal prosecution to those that have finagled, lied, hid their dealings while bilking billions and billions of dollars from investors, taxpayers and governments.
