Dear SEC,
I think this would give \"Wall St.\" too much unfair advantage against \"retail\" and other small investors, or traders.
In my humble opinion: EXEMPTIONS are not FAIR markets. EXEMPTIONS are CHEATS. One Rule for all.
Thank You for all Your hard work, but please, keep it up and make markets FAIR once and for all, to attract many more Investors.
