March 23, 2023 The existing conflicts of interest are Aiken to a grand ponzi scheme in my opinion. Any action to curtail , or preferably eliminate the ability of market makers to actively trade securities should be pursued vigorously, ( particularly electronically by algorithm) , it is at its base, market manipulation. Based on my experience.this/ these activities have removed honest price discovery, and made a mockery of the concept of \" free and fair\" markets. Any entity that has engaged in these arrangements should be required to close their manipulative positions and cease and desist.
