I support removing all exemptions. This proposal fails to protect investors, much like most of the previous proposals, because of catering to liquidity and market makers.
There absolutely should be NO exceptions for risk-mitigating hedging activities, bona fide market making certain liquidity commitments
The proposed rule could be exploited by manipulative hedge funds. The risk of this is much higher when those hedge funds also are allowed to act as \"market makers.\"
