March 22, 2023 To whom it may concern, I would like to express my concern about this proposal. It is important that all conflicts of interest be eliminated to ensure fairness for all within our markets. The proposed rule will make it harder for household investors to find adequate information with which to make investment decisions. This could cause monetary losses for household investors. I am opposed to all exemptions to reporting and registering securities, especially for, \"risk-mitigating hedging activities, bona fide market making,\" and, \"certain liquidity commitments.\" Many of the players asking for such exemptions have proven to be untrustworthy with such privileges, as demonstrated by the numerous yearly fines the SEC levies on them. Providing exemptions for such behavior will maintain the status quo and offer bad actors new opportunities to engage in harmful behaviors. Thank you for your consideration.
