Please do not consider propositions from those that seek to undermine the benefit of the masses in order to benefit themselves. You have been lucky enough to be granted the power to make positive change in our world. We currently have multiple companies on RegSho and one in particular has been on the threshold list for over 40 days straight. This can be argued that it is due to naked shorting from the same institutions that are proposing these new rules.
