Good Evening, I’d like to leave a comment concerning the following proposed rule. This rule is not in the best interest for individual investors because of the clear conflict of interest it creates between market makers, hedge funds and others of the sort. It does not give household investors the proper information to make decisions in the same manner that the hedge funds and market makers have. This rule must not pass.
