Hello, 
As a household investor I am adamantly opposed to any exceptions to rule S7-01-23 
This rule would exempt non reporting companies from reporting held securities. It would further act against household investors. 
Have we not seen enough market manipulation?  
Please do not continue to allow this. 
Zero exceptions to rule S7-01-23
