March 15, 2023 Allowing conflicts of interest will create loopholes to be abused. The situations of market crashes are continuing to be created by loopholes such as this. The integrity of the American stock market and financial system is at stake. The time for such exception's are over. Faith must be restored to the American financial system. That means not creating and protecting the irresponsible behavior of those who would take advantage of such exception's.
