Dear Madam, Dear Sir, As an household investor, I believe that a fair market for every participant is beneficial to the investors, the financial industry and the overall US and worldwide economy. The recently proposed rule exemptions related to risk-mitigating hedging activities, bona fide market making & certain liquidity commitments will allow loopholes to be exploited by actors, so that they could dissimulate information and benefit from uneven information level. Household investor will suffer from it, especially since many of these actors have already engaged, in the past, in unfair activities leading to fines.
