March 15, 2023 To whom it may concern: I am commenting in strong support of this rule. Conflicts of interest among regulatory bodies is very concerning and should be heavily scrutinized. If I decided one day that I was putting in applications for a retail job and my partner works for their competition, this could automatically disqualify me for the position because of a conflict of interest. How can regulatory bodies be allowed to shirk their due diligence into vested interests without scrutiny, while countless people miss out on opportunities for extremely minor conflicts of interest every day? It seems like government regulatory bodies should have a higher priority vetting people's interest than a shift manager for a simple minimum wage job. The fact that this even has to be addressed should highlight how corrupt and broken our financial system has become. Yours truly, James
