I support introducing rules to prevent conflicts of interest in the markets.
Currently institutional investors like market makers and hedge funds have an unfair advantage compared to retail investors. Market makers have far too much power to use tricks like failures to deliver and naked shorting to take money out of the economy at the expense of individuals.
