I disagree with the reproposal.
You must treat all investors the same. Giving special privileges to market makers, and hedge funds only shows that the federal government does not have the peoples interest in mind, especially during a time when the overwhelming mining majority of hedge funds are losing billions of dollars while one miraculously nearly triples the highest earning year in history.
The people believe there is criminal activity happening on Wall Street. dark pools are being used for upwards of 75% of retail trades and these hedge funds and market makers must be held accountable, not given free rein to break the rules that everyone else must follow.
You should be ashamed with yourselves for even thinking this is appropriate.
