March 15, 2023 To the SEC Official reading this, The proposed rule, S7-01-23 for \"Prohibition Against Conflicts of Interest in Certain Securitizations\sounds beneficial towards improving the FAIRNESS of our market, with the EXCEPTION of the exception in the final paragraph - \"The proposed rule would provide certain exceptions for risk-mitigating hedging activities, bona fide market-making activities, and certain commitments by a securitization participant to provide liquidity for the relevant ABS.\" - these exceptions completely erase any prohibitions you set forth in prior paragraphs. THIS. THIS IS WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE MARKETS. Exceptions and loopholes for hedge funds and market markers who exploit the working people of this country at every opportunity. Allowing these exceptions to continually become the rule time and time again, will null and void every promise out of Gary Gensler's mouth since day one of his appointment. The World is now waking up to how unfair and rigged our US market is.
