Good Evening,

I hope this message finds you well, as I am asking the SEC to pursue the changes proposed in rule 27B of the Securities Act of 1993. I agree with Mr. Gensler that the changes proposed would benefit the entire market.

I know I am only a retail investor with a very small portfolio, but I feel like there would be a lot more retail investors if there was more transparency in the markets. There are other areas of the market that could use more regulation as well. I know this won't solve all the problems we currently face like dark pools, and payment for order flow, but I feel like this is a step in the right direction.

I am confident that if we can get this rule passed our markets will become stronger in so many ways. Mr. Gensler I wish you well in your journey to create a stronger and fair market for everyone.

With Regards
